BETEC Licht AG, established 40 years ago by former actor, engineering student and entrepreneur, Horst Lettenmayer, and now managed by his daughter Julia, is an award winning company recognised for its minimalist designs, its creative solutions, its handcrafted skills but foremost it is known for its technological innovation in Lighting Products.
Betec Licht AG is a world market leader in Picture lights, and the success of its products attests to this accolade. Lettenmayer himself designed the first and renowned Picture Light, “Clarus”. The lamp itself became an art object and was awarded the title Kunstschutz in 1987 by the OLG Munich. The latest edition of picture lamps, the ’Angulus', was awarded The Good Design Award in 2016. Whilst from the popular office range the “Acus Office" LED desk lamp received the IF Design Award in 2014 for minimised technology, aesthetics in motion and processing.
The professional lighting fixtures are used in opera houses; as make-up mirror lights in television stations; as picture lighting in renowned museums and galleries, in Balmoral Castle in Britain; for the exclusive China Club in Berlin and for the Hotel de Paris in Monte Carlo to name just a few establishments.
But such is the range of designs the lights are equally comfortable in the home over dining tables or as desk lights. For samples, images and further info contact Westnine London, Multilingual PR & Marketing Service, firstname.lastname@example.org, 07719730 583.
