5 delivery dates missed...each time I chased I was told to cancel if can't wait...totally rude order promised October...came yesterday 17 November no reply from my request for compensation but they have my £1000 so doubt I ever will... Will never use again
Ordered an extra wide roller blind for kitchen 2 weeks ago.
Received after few days but no brackets or bracket covers. Emailed regarding this and was told the supplier would send replacements that would be with us in 2 working days. They were not. Emailed again, same response. Supplier would send replacements would receive by 6 Nov. Guess what....still nothing received. I have now had the blind standing in my dining room waiting to be fitted for 2 weeks.
Please address this as a matter of urgency Blinds4uk or you can refund the cost of my order.
Excellent service, ordered the blinds on Monday and received them on Thursday,top quality and built perfectly,no complaints at all and I will be ordering from them again for my remaining windows,extremely satisfied ,thank you again !!!!!
