The brief was to improve the flow and layout inside this London penthouse, bringing the property a unique and luxurious style.
With the client being a developer the budget was tight and the time frame tighter, despite these challenges the completed project and Prestige was shortlisted for the International Design Awards 2017

The property is a 3-bedrooms with 2-bathrooms dated penthouse in the heart of W2 area.
The main scope of the design was to rationalise the space and create an additional bathroom together with better flow inside and give a new style to the property.

The walnut element is the one element of continuity within the design of the flat ensuring floor, door architrave and joinery will have this warm wood exposed to keep visual and aesthetic continuity.
